God has richly blessed Summit Fellowship over the past four years, allowing us to see lives transformed, families strengthened, and individuals come to Christ. We are thrilled to announce the next step in our journey: the development of our future home at 2601 N. Eastern Ave., Moore, OK 73160. This property, which God has graciously provided and fully paid for, represents a significant milestone for our ministry. In early 2025, we launched a building campaign with plans to begin construction on a nearly 10,000-square-foot multipurpose facility by mid-to-late 2025. This new space is not just a building; it is a tool to help us continue making disciples and sharing the hope of Jesus in Moore and beyond.
Our Vision
- For Us: This facility will meet the immediate needs of our church family, providing dedicated spaces for worship, discipleship, and spiritual transformation. It will also house Summit Nursery, Kids, Youth, and Life Groups, equipping us to grow and thrive as a community.
- For Them: Our heart is for the people in our community who do not yet know Christ. Many live without hope, and we long to be a church that shares the good news of Jesus with them. This new facility will enable us to host larger community outreach events and ministries, building relationships and transforming lives through the Gospel.
- For Him: Above all, this project is for God’s glory. As Psalm 127:1 reminds us, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Every prayer, every penny, and every nail is dedicated to exalting His name. We are wholly dependent on the Lord to accomplish this work for His glory.
Next Steps
We are currently in the planning stages, working with architects and contractors to finalize the building design and logistics. The project will be completed in two phases:
- Phase 1: Construction of the building shell and initial interior spaces to meet our immediate needs.
- Phase 2: Future expansion, including a worship center and classrooms, as God provides.
How You Can Get Involved
- Pray: Join us in praying for God’s guidance and provision. Ask Him how you can be part of this exciting journey, including how much you might pledge monthly (beyond your tithe) to the building fund.
- Pledge: Make a year-long commitment to give to the building fund. You can do this during our Pledge Day (Jan. 26, 2025), or anytime online.
- Participate: Stay engaged through updates, on-site prayer gatherings, and opportunities to lend your time and talents. We will share more details about the design, timeline, and how you can contribute.
