How it all started...
On January 12, 2020 a group of 15 believers began meeting in a house, prayerfully laying the groundwork to plant a new church in Moore! Over the next two months, the gathering grew as the vision of the work became clearer. In March of 2020, Summit Fellowship outgrew the house and began meeting at Randall University. The week following our first meeting at Randall, in-person worship was halted due to the global pandemic, COVID. However, the Lord enabled Summit to use this time to strengthen in unity and purpose as a church! After months of online worship gatherings and meetings in local parks, in May we resumed worshiping in-person at Randall!
Continuing the Mission...
While Summit Fellowship continues meeting at Randall, we are prayerfully preparing to make a move to a permanent location which we can call home. In January 2023, Pastor Mitch and the leadership team launched our ’12 for12’ Initiative and formed a building committee, with the hope to further enable us to consider buying and constructing a church building. While we wait for the Lord to lead us into this next chapter of our story, we continue treasuring the Lord together at Randall!
Where we are headed...
The Lord has richly blessed our fellowship in many ways, and we are truly grateful! We have seen God transform lives, deepen faith, strengthen our unity, and continue to sanctify His Church! Summit has been blessed by growing believers who are truly committed to the ministry which we have been called to and equipped for. We look forward with anticipation to what God will do in and through us as we seek to magnify the Glory of God in Jesus Christ both in our neighborhoods and the nations! It is our hope that you will join us in our mission and be apart of the Summit Fellowship story!
Be a part of our story...
Join us every Sunday as we gather to worship the Lord together at 10:00am.
